1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Calligraphix Studio, located at Biak na Bato Street, Quezon City, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our coaching and consulting services.

2. Professional Services

Calligraphix Studio provides specialized workshops in calligraphy, visual branding consulting, and personal development coaching. While we strive for excellence in artistic skill enhancement, results in personal development and branding are subjective and depend on individual commitment and external market factors.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during workshops, including worksheets, digital templates, and artistic guides, remain the intellectual property of Calligraphix Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

4. Workshop Cancellations & Refunds

Registration for our workshops in Manila is final. However, we understand that emergencies happen. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future workshop. No-shows are ineligible for refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

Calligraphix Studio and its consultants shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our consulting advice or the application of artistic techniques taught in our sessions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the competent courts of Quezon City, NCR.
